I have over 6 years of combined web and windows application development experience and an extremely diverse, unique set of skills:

Frontend development: focusing on the user interface and typically working with technologies such as JavaScript , JScript , ActionScript , CSS , and the DOM .

Backend development: focus on the interaction between server-side frameworks and databases .

Ajax (Asynchronous JavaScript and XML): for creating interactive web applications, typically using a combination of:

• XHTML (or HTML) and CSS for formatting and displaying information.
• The Document Object Model (DOM) accessed with a client-side scripting language , JavaScript to dynamically display and interact with the information presented
• Asynchronous communication with a server using the XMLHttpRequest function
• XML or JSON (JavaScript Object Notation) although any format will work, including preformatted HTML. These files may be created dynamically by server-side scripting, PHP, CFML etc...
